Ecommerce return policy is a set of rules and conditions that retailers outline for returning or exchange of the purchased products. It tells the customers what merchandise can be returned, for what reason, and specifies a timeframe in which returns will be accepted. It gives our customers a feeling of security. People expect this and want to have security with their purchase. Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase. It will let them know that we stand behind our product, and if anything goes wrong, the shopper can easily get a refund or exchange the product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 7 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return shipping label upon your return request. You can choose to exchange the product, return it for store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that returned products must be unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
We will process your return within 10 days of receiving it and items will be assessed whether or not they are eligible for refund. If your return products are accepted, you will get the refund within 14 to 30 days of the return.
When we have a drop shipping business, we don't actually own the products we sell. Therefore, the return policy is at the discretion of the supplier.
Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy, especially in the case of dropship, as the matter may be somewhat complicated, but we will strive to ensure that dealing with us is satisfactory.
Some of our merchants make it easy for the shopper to return their merchandise and offer a very long returns period of up to 365 days. Customers can return or exchange any items purchased that they are not 100% satisfied with. These items must be unused, have the original tag attached, and come with the original packaging. Refunds usually take between 15 to 30 days, exchanged items will be sent out next business day free of charge after exchange is completed.
Can an online store have a no return policy?
